Pricing & Orders

Shipping

We ship to GCC countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs conditions. BabyBloom is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Health & Hygiene Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of breast pumps and related accessories, products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Warranty Terms

• BabyBloom brand pumps include a 6-month warranty free of charge

• Optional extended warranty may be purchased

• Other brands carry a 1-month warranty only

Warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting functionality or safety. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to:

• Replacement with a new product

or

• Full refund of the order value

at BabyBloom’s discretion or as required by local consumer laws.

Liability

BabyBloom shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use. Customers should consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns related to breastfeeding.
